Method

How a Nodekernel Grid engagement moves from your universe list to a usable rotation and breadth reading.

We do not sell access to a terminal. The method below is how a human briefing is prepared and delivered.

Stages

  1. Universe lock — Markets, sector taxonomy, and constraints are written down before analysis starts. Changing the universe mid-stream restarts the clock.
  2. Relative strength map — Sectors and industries are ranked on agreed lookback windows; leadership and laggard candidates are annotated with durability notes.
  3. Breadth cross-check — Index moves are tested against participation measures so a rising headline cannot pass without comment when fewer stocks join the advance.
  4. Brief drafting — Findings are written in plain English for committee use, with charts only where they clarify a point already stated in prose.
  5. Working session — You bring holdings context; we walk implications and unanswered questions.
  6. Clarification window — A short memo closes open items raised in the room.

What we refuse to pretend

Rotation maps are snapshots with a shelf life. Breadth can improve or deteriorate quickly around events. We will not backdate certainty onto mixed readings, and we will not stretch a single-market brief into a global “house view” you did not commission.
