Refunds & Cancellation

These terms apply to paid consultations and retainers for sector rotation and market breadth work. They do not cover physical goods, software licences, or event tickets — we do not sell those.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed: intake only, analysis underway, written brief delivered, or session completed.

Timeframe to request

Request refunds or cancellations in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation notice or disputed delivery), unless a longer period is required by applicable Thai consumer law.

Full refund

A full refund of amounts paid is available if you cancel before we confirm that analysis has started, or if we cancel because we cannot staff the agreed window and no suitable reschedule is offered.

Partial refund

If analysis has started but the written brief has not been delivered, we may refund fees minus a fair charge for work already performed (typically 30–60% of the engagement fee, documented in the cancellation note).

Non-refundable items

• Fees for work already delivered (written brief, scorecard, overlay memo, or completed working session).
• Third-party data costs expressly agreed in writing as pass-through items.
• Retainer quarters already fully delivered.

Deposits

The standard 40% deposit reserves the analysis window. If you cancel after analysis confirmation, the deposit is applied to work performed; unused deposit balance follows the partial-refund approach above.

Rescheduling

Working sessions may be rescheduled once without charge with at least three business days’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may forfeit the session portion of the fee while leaving the written deliverable intact.

No-shows

If you miss a confirmed session without notice, we are not obliged to refund the session allocation. A replacement session may be offered at our discretion for an additional scheduling fee.

Retainers

Ongoing Rotation Advisory invoices are due at quarter start. With thirty days’ written notice you may stop at the end of the current quarter. Unused future quarters prepaid in advance are refundable; the active quarter is non-refundable once monthly notes have begun.

Materials and work already started

Draft charts and internal notes prepared for your brief are part of work product. They are not separately purchasable and are not returned as a substitute for a refund calculation.

Process and timing

1. Email [email protected] with your name, engagement reference, and reason.
2. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
